Homeopathy is a form of holistic medicine based on the principle that 'ike treats like' i.e. a substance which causes symptoms when taken in large doses, can be used in small amounts to treat those same symptoms. Homeopathy uses specially prepared, highly diluted substances, given mainly in tablet or liquid form. Prescriptions are tailored to each individual patient, according to their specific symptoms.

Steph qualified as a homeopath at the Allen College of Homeopathy, Chelmsford. She then completed a postgraduate course at the Bengal Allen Medical Institute, Kolcata, India in 2013.

Steph is a registered member of the Society of Homeopaths. 

Steph has used homeopathy for her own children's health and well-being for nearly 20 years and her passion and belief in homeopathy continues to flourish.
